Message	ing - especially if the outside diameter is almost identical. In my experience the more tire on the road the better the handling - assuming you are using a comparable compsition of tire. I imagine some people skimp on tires when they 'upgrade' and buy a cheap tire - often times is false economy. I've shaved seconds off my times at the large track at willow springs with tire/wheel upgrades. Maybe next year race slicks.....
